Madison Advisors Completes its 50th Best Practices Assessment
Colleyville, TX (May 11, 2004) - Madison Advisors today announced that it has completed its 50th Best Practices Assessment (BPA). With this latest BPA, Madison Advisors has further strengthened its unique market position as the only analyst firm with first-hand knowledge of enterprise output strategies and practices across 50 Fortune 1000 organizations.
Madison Advisors BPA is a comprehensive study designed to examine the best practices of high-volume output and electronic delivery operations, including those of captive or internal document services operations and for-profit service providers. In each assessment, Madison Advisors captures over 250 data points from each participant in order to quantitatively rate their strategies, their organizations, their processes, and their application of technology in support of their enterprise output objectives.
"Madison Advisors' BPA was a nice deliverable, providing valuable insight," remarks Karl Koenig, Director of Member Systems for Thrivent Financial, after his organization's participation in the study. "It reflected Madison Advisors' breadth of industry knowledge and experience."
Organizations are invited to participate in this ongoing study to gain objective insight into how their operations and practices compare to those of the industry at large. Throughout the study, BPA participants benefit from the real-time analysis and expert opinions of Madison Advisors analysts in several areas, including:
- The best application of resources to support high levels of document production efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
- Means for achieving cost containment
- Means for successfully deploying technology
- Means for enhancing organizational control to gain additional improvements over time
In addition, all participants in the BPA receive customized analysis and recommendations from Madison Advisors' analyst team through a customized Analysis Report and a Q&A Conference Session.
"Our Best Practice Assessments are invaluable to our clients," says Kemal Carr, EDP, President and Founder of Madison Advisors. "We help participating organizations gain critical insight into their operations that they may not have otherwise recognized. Also, our analysts gain an extensive knowledge of enterprise output management practices across numerous organizations and industries. We leverage this knowledge to help our clients as they strive to enhance their enterprise output strategies."
Madison Advisors conducts its BPA on an ongoing basis, and updates the criteria frequently to reflect industry advancements. The criteria for Madison Advisors' BPA fall across five core categories, including production costs, technology, strategic vision, operational efficiency, and overall organizational fitness.
