Madison Advisors Names Howard Holley to Advisory Board

Former Xerox senior executive spearheads innovative new practice area, including global expansion; Targeting C-level needs in Customer Communications Management space

Colleyville, TX (June 30, 2009) – Madison Advisors, an advisory firm that provides thought leadership, strategic consulting, and market research to clients in the print and electronic communications industries, today announced that Howard Holley, former senior executive with Xerox Corporation, has joined Madison Advisors’ Advisory Board, and will build an Executive Strategy Practice with service offerings tailored to senior executives in the enterprise marketing and customer communications management (CCM) market.

Madison Advisors’ Executive Strategy Practice helps C-level executives develop complex CCM business strategies, and then build the performance management systems necessary to support these strategies. Holley has had a varied career, beginning with management information systems on Wall Street. He later launched and managed two firms: a systems consulting firm and a publishing company, prior to joining Xerox. At Xerox, he spent nearly a decade in sales, training, and general management. During his executive career, Holley was named district manager of the San Diego / Las Vegas region, general manager of sales & management training at the Xerox Document University and region vice-president of Xerox Business Services. He was senior vice president of Xerox China’s Enterprise Solutions Group headquartered in Shanghai and most recently led Xerox’ Document Outsourcing and Communications Services Practice.
