Kemal Carr leads Madison Advisors, an independent analyst firm that provides project-based advisory services designed to assist clients with technology selection and business process decisions. Under his direction, Madison Advisors is establishing its market niche addressing the needs of the electronic and print customer communications marketplace.

Kemal is regularly sought out by some of the leading output technology publications to write about or comment on the industry’s key issues and topics, including articles on the impact of TransPromo and Multi-Channel delivery, advancement in communication technologies, and electronic document presentment. He is also asked to speak at trade events, including key sessions at Xplor’s Global conference, DOCUMENT’S Strategy Forum and numerous vendor trade events.

In 2010 Carr received the Xplorer of the Year award from Xplor International at its Global Conference. The award was in recognition of Carr’s “volunteer service to the Association, dedication to the Xplor mission and promotion of the interests of the electronic document systems industry at large.”

Gina has over 19 years experience in the banking and financial services industry, serving in a variety of capacities.  She has spent a combined total of 15 years working as a project manager / business analyst in the eCommerce industry, with several years experience in online banking and electronic bill payment.  Her experience in customer communications specifically relates to project management consulting for print and mail operations, postal optimization and address quality, as well as multi-channel delivery.

JEFF WELDON

Jeff Weldon recently rejoined Madison Advisors after a six-year stint with Canon/Océ in their business process outsourcing group. His focus there ranged from managed print services to high volume POD shops. Client solutions included software such as uniFLOW, Equitrac, and eCopy, amongst others.

Jeff originally worked with Madison Advisors from 2002 to 2007 as a principal analyst. He specialized in digital printing and electronic publishing software systems. Jeff provided both end-user and vendor project-based advisory services in the enterprise output technology space. He has extensive knowledge of numerous output management systems in the transactional and print-on-demand markets, including print management and workflow systems, and leading electronic delivery solutions.

Prior to joining Madison Advisors, Jeff served as Vice President of Marketing for enterprise output vendor OPserver, Inc. Jeff also worked for The Thomson Corporation as a consultant for electronic publishing initiatives. Jeff has four years of experience at Adobe Systems, specializing in the integration of Adobe Acrobat products into electronic information delivery solutions. Jeff has also worked for Lotus Development and Banyan Systems in product design and management roles.

CHRISTIE KIMBELL

Mrs. Kimbell has 15 years of marketing and communications experience in consumer acquisition and customer retention.  She has managed national teams in marketing, sales and operations for multi-billion dollar corporations.

From 2010 to 2011, Mrs. Kimbell was a Sr. Manager at Capital One where she managed strategic partnerships in their automotive finance division. While at Capital One she managed strategic partnerships with GE, Costco, AAA, Lending Tree, and Kelley Blue Book.
From 1996 to 2005, Mrs. Kimbell held several senior management roles at AT&T (ATT). She managed teams responsible for identifying, negotiating, and implementing partnership offers targeting the AT&T Wireless existing customer base. Partners included key companies such as American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Marriott, AT&T WorldNet, Amazon, Citibank Visa, and GE Financial. She also worked on programs for the PGA and Olympic sponsorships.

RICH HUFF

Richard Huff joined Madison Advisors in 2002 as a principal analyst. Huff’s expertise spans content management, publishing systems, digital printers, and electronic document delivery systems, including EOMS and EBPP. Huff assists clients with enterprise document strategies, product selection, and market development initiatives. Huff has authored articles for numerous industry publications, including Document, Digital Publishing Solutions, High Volume Printing, and The Xplorer.
Prior to Madison Advisors, Huff was a senior analyst with Doculabs, where he was lead analyst for enterprise and technology provider consulting engagements. Huff also had eight years of experience at Uarco, Inc., a manufacturer of customized business forms and labels.
