Kemal Carr leads Madison Advisors, an independent analyst firm that provides project-based advisory services designed to assist clients with technology selection and business process decisions. Under his direction, Madison Advisors is establishing its market niche addressing the needs of the electronic and print customer communications marketplace.
Kemal is regularly sought out by some of the leading output technology publications to write about or comment on the industry’s key issues and topics, including articles on the impact of TransPromo and Multi-Channel delivery, advancement in communication technologies, and electronic document presentment. He is also asked to speak at trade events, including key sessions at Xplor’s Global conference, DOCUMENT’S Strategy Forum and numerous vendor trade events.
In 2010 Carr received the Xplorer of the Year award from Xplor International at its Global Conference. The award was in recognition of Carr’s “volunteer service to the Association, dedication to the Xplor mission and promotion of the interests of the electronic document systems industry at large.”

Gina has over 19 years experience in the banking and financial services industry, serving in a variety of capacities. She has spent a combined total of 15 years working as a project manager / business analyst in the eCommerce industry, with several years experience in online banking and electronic bill payment. Her experience in customer communications specifically relates to project management consulting for print and mail operations, postal optimization and address quality, as well as multi-channel delivery.

Jeff Weldon recently rejoined Madison Advisors after a six-year stint with Canon/Océ in their business process outsourcing group. His focus there ranged from managed print services to high volume POD shops. Client solutions included software such as uniFLOW, Equitrac, and eCopy, amongst others.
Jeff originally worked with Madison Advisors from 2002 to 2007 as a principal analyst. He specialized in digital printing and electronic publishing software systems. Jeff provided both end-user and vendor project-based advisory services in the enterprise output technology space. He has extensive knowledge of numerous output management systems in the transactional and print-on-demand markets, including print management and workflow systems, and leading electronic delivery solutions.
Prior to joining Madison Advisors, Jeff served as Vice President of Marketing for enterprise output vendor OPserver, Inc. Jeff also worked for The Thomson Corporation as a consultant for electronic publishing initiatives. Jeff has four years of experience at Adobe Systems, specializing in the integration of Adobe Acrobat products into electronic information delivery solutions. Jeff has also worked for Lotus Development and Banyan Systems in product design and management roles.
