Kemal Carr leads Madison Advisors, an independent analyst firm that provides project-based advisory services designed to assist clients with technology selection and business process decisions. Under his direction, Madison Advisors is establishing its market niche addressing the needs of the electronic and print customer communications marketplace.
Kemal is regularly sought out by some of the leading output technology publications to write about or comment on the industry’s key issues and topics, including articles on the impact of TransPromo and Multi-Channel delivery, advancement in communication technologies, and electronic document presentment. He is also asked to speak at trade events, including key sessions at Xplor’s Global conference, DOCUMENT’S Strategy Forum and numerous vendor trade events.
In 2010 Carr received the Xplorer of the Year award from Xplor International at its Global Conference. The award was in recognition of Carr’s “volunteer service to the Association, dedication to the Xplor mission and promotion of the interests of the electronic document systems industry at large.”

Jeff rejoined Madison Advisors in 2013 after six years with Canon/Océ in its business process outsourcing group. His focus there ranged from managed print services to high volume POD shops. Client solutions included software such as uniFLOW, Equitrac, and eCopy, amongst others.
Jeff worked with Madison Advisors from 2002 to 2007 as a principal analyst. He specialized in digital printing and electronic publishing software systems. He provided both end-user and vendor project-based advisory services in the enterprise output technology space. Additionally, Jeff has extensive knowledge of numerous output management systems in the transactional and print-on-demand markets, including print management and workflow systems and leading electronic delivery solutions.
Prior to that, Jeff served as Vice President of Marketing for enterprise output vendor OPserver, Inc. and worked for The Thomson Corporation as a consultant for electronic publishing initiatives. He has four years of experience at Adobe Systems, specializing in the integration of Adobe Acrobat products into electronic information delivery solutions.

Warren Lederer has 25 years of executive and management experience in the document management marketplace. Over the course of his career, Warren has developed and documented workflow processes to enable clients, sales professionals and client engagement teams of all types to be able to better understand, anticipate and respond to their own needs and the needs of their client.
Prior to partnering with Madison Advisors, Lederer was the chief relationship officer at EDM Americas responsible for upholding EDM’s core value of putting clients first. In this role, Lederer oversaw the internal processes and resources for effectively managing and growing client relationships.
Additionally, Warren founded and was President of On-Demand Technology Solutions; Vice President of sales for Personix, output division for Fiserv Corporation, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Vestcom International (now RR Donnelley).

Gina brings over 19 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry to Madison Advisors serving in a variety of capacities. She has spent a combined total of 15 years working as a project manager / business analyst in the eCommerce industry, with several years focused on online banking and electronic bill payment.
Her experience in customer communications specifically relates to project management consulting for print and mail operations, postal optimization and address quality, as well as multi-channel delivery.

Prior to joining Madison Advisors, Roger Tapke successfully led one of the country’s largest and most successful printing/mailing operations for over fifteen years. His responsibilities included all operational aspects of the facility as well as client relationships with over 60 high profile clients. Under his leadership, the facility achieved MPTQM certification from the USPS and won Top Ten recognition in Industry Week’s manufacturing excellence program. He developed and employed strategies around client conversions, plant/product consolidations and team building that pushed the location to new levels of growth and financial performance.
His expertise also includes organizational/process, analysis/improvement, team building and succession planning. He has an additional 25 years of operational and manufacturing experience including 16 years with General Electric where he completed their Manufacturing Management Program and was trained in many of GE’s industry leading programs and techniques used to achieve superior business results.
